Palabas Dubai February 5, 2010 – “The Songbird and The Songwriter” pre-Valentine’s concert at Zabeel Park. Mga Larawan DUBAI — The ‘One Filipino Spirit’ that motivated the Filipino community in Dubai and the Northern Emirates to help the typhoon victims in the Philippines, will be celebrated with the Bayanihan Festival last December 11 at the Megabowl, Zabeel Park.
